Baby massage is so important for a young baby and a new parent's development. It is scientifically proven to help with reflux, colic, sleep problems, digestive issues, teething and so much more. When I started, the key for me was the bonding time I had with my son. Massage has also been proven to benefit Mums going through post-natal depression - so it is a wonderful, calming, and essential experience!
We provide a 4 week course with small group numbers of no more than 8 babies with 1 carer each. Each week we build up the strokes until in week 4 you feel confident with the full 45 minute massage. Our instructor, Lauren is a qualified infant massage instructor with a diploma from To Baby and Beyond whose course is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives, FEDANT, CPD, Independent Professional Therapists Institute, and…
